The City and County of Honolulu Activity Book
Everyday is a chance to learn and grow.
The City and County of Honolulu recognized the need to change the community's perception of stormwater pollution on O‘ahu. Their previous media campaign had not effectively reached the target audience.
In collaboration with the EPA and the State of Hawai‘i Department of Education, we developed an engaging activity book specifically designed for children from Kindergarten to 3rd grade. This book aimed to educate young readers about the importance of a cleaner environment by focusing on nine pollution points. We created captivating characters and crafted a rhyming story that captures attention and enhances learning for both children and adults.
Our goal was to seamlessly blend a compelling narrative with delightful illustrations to effectively educate readers about the hazards of stormwater pollution, ensuring that they are both entertained and enlightened.
