  • Wait, I have three: The Pork Adobo Fried Rice Omelette from Elena's, The Japanese Hamburger Steak from Ethels and The Garlic Roast Crab from Crustacean's in San Francisco.

  • It would have to be Bali, Indonesia!

  • There's way too many!  I love anything and everything!  A few dishes that come to my mind: xiao long bao (Shanghai soup dumplings), vietnamese pho, indian korma curry, cuban pechuga de pollo a la plancha and persian koobideh kabobs, to name a few!
  • If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?
  • The environment and end global warming.

  • As cliche as a Miss Universe pageant would say, it would have to be World Peace.
  • If you had a chance to meet one celebrity in your lifetime who would it be?
  • Another easy one, Oprah. Oprah was born into poverty but worked her way up to be, at one point, the world's only African American billionaire. At that time, she was recognized to be the most influential woman in the world. Yup, awesome right?

On this day fifteen years ago, we started working with our first client. While so much has changed over the years, we continue to serve that very first client, Serola Biomechanics.
